Application to rent a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom unfurnished apartment unit of 6-plex. Lease will be for a period of 12 months with a $1200 security/cleaning deposit ($300 is non-refundable). After initial lease agreement, rent may be paid on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day written notice of lease termination (lease can only end at the end of a calendar month). No smoking / No pets.
